Thriving Ivory Secret Life EP

Thriving Ivory is an alternative rock band from San Francisco, California whose keyboard-driven sound recalls contemporary British acts like Radiohead, Coldplay, and Keane. The group consists of singer Clayton Stroope, keyboardist and songwriter Scott Jason, guitarist Drew Cribley, bassist Bret Cohune, and drummer Paul Niedermier. After a self-released 2004 EP, the band released their self-titled debut in 2006. It was a slow rise, but that record was picked up by a hot major (Wind Up Records) and the single "Angels on the Moon," a twisting prog-happy piece of soaring piano pop, introduced the band to the top 40.
