The Atlanta, GA-based Zac Brown Band debuted in 2004 with FAR FROM EINSTYNE. Their mix of good-time country and Jimmy Buffett-via-Jack Johnson beach-bum pop earned them a sizable grass-roots following, and a spot in the 2006 Bonnaroo festival. The band broke through to the mainstream in ’08 with the single “Chicken Fried,” from their third studio album, THE FOUNDATION, with both the album and the single hitting the pop and country charts.
